For small and midsized conferences we suggest to work with standard sized 3 to 4m 16:9 projection screens. To avoid annoying totems in the middle of the room, we use ultra short throw distance lenses (0.38:1) that allow us to place the projector right in front or behind the screen.

Larger conferences can be designed with a larger 16:9 or a panorama format: whether we use a projection screen with multiple projectors to form one large picture or we build a high resolution LED wall system (2.5mm pixel pitch). If you can imagine it, we can provide a solution.

Content is king : our media team and content specialists will be happy to advise you. We provide content for your screens, video projection or LED screens. Our graphic designers create charts and presentations and our production people produce films and animations.

Besides professional video equipment, a professional sound system is key: nothing worse than an audience that can not follow your words. For this matter Codex is using state of the art digital microphones from Sennheiser (D6000 series which allow AES-256 encryption) and line array systems from D&B Audio driven with “Array Processing” which considerably improve the tonal balance within the vertical coverage angle to create a constant listening experience for the audience.

Set building and decoration: from neatly laid carpets, to purpose-built or decorative furniture, to matching accessories: Set building and decoration is a very extensive field. There is work for the set-building specialists at almost every event.
