The current situation can be frustrating for event organisers. Our industry is asked to accept new challenges.
Codex accepts the challenge and gives birth to its new full service online events service : CodexDigital
Special situations require special solutions: if the your guests can't come to your event, CodexDigital will take your event to your guests.
Be it at your place or in an independent venue, we will install the setup you for your needs and aligned to your budgets : stage, set design, lighting, video walls, decoration and furniture.
Social distancing is key: our cameras are remote controlled to avoid too many people on in the studio. Our technicians can be installed in different rooms / closed cabins and have full control over the technical needs of your event and broadcast your content.

We will install the technical set up as stage, set design, lighting, video walls, decoration and furnitures and we will carefully select the most suitable material according to your project.

Your business likely have followers on Youtube, Facebook, and other social media platforms with live streaming functions, so why not stream your content there, as well? You can extend your reach to a broader audience and live streaming to multiple platforms simultaneously.
Multilingual presentations are also feasible for online events: the simultaneous interpreters can be installed in individual cabins in the venue or work from a remote cabin.

We offer you two different ways:
- we record your project, we set it up in post-production, and then we send it to you so that you can broadcast it on your communication platforms.
